Each house represents a different area or expression of life experience. The first 6 houses are root houses that are essential to your personal development. The Spiritual Laws of the Zodiac
The 12 Signs are Spiritual or Energetic Laws that govern the Houses that they occupy as an influential constellational energy. Each Zodiac sign is a constitution of the house that they rule or occupy. These are spiritual laws, not cute past-time ideals. These algorithms of spirit and energy are the basis of all physics expressions. Anything and everything that is subject to physics is ruled by this set of laws.
The Influence of Zodiac Signs

Houses as Jurisdictions
Think of every house as a State with its own Jurisdiction and Mayor. The Cosmic Wheel
In the heavens are the arrangements of the 12 Zodiac constellations as the 12 Zodiac signs, which are a fixed circular wheel of fixed star systems. It is the earth that mirrors that same wheel as 12 Houses rather than 12 signs. Think of any point on the Earth as a projector that starts from a single point where you stand and projects into the sky like a "batman symbol" over Gotham City.
